Nino Grubišić MRICS is the founder and Managing Director of STOA GmbH. He brings expertise in Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Project Development and extensive experience in Transactions, Leadership and as a Lecturer.

With a total of nine years in various roles at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), he served as Team Leader Office Leasing Rhein-Main and Rhein-Neckar in his last position. On the investor side, he garnered experience in Investment Management with La Française Real Estate Partners International. In 2020, he assumed the role of Team Leader in Real Estate Portfolio Management at Universal Investment, overseeing a portfolio of Institutional Investors with nearly 6 billion in assets.

After completing his training as a Certified Real Estate Professional (IHK), Grubišić studied Real Estate Economics, Sustainable Corporate Management, and Business Administration with specialization in Real Estate at EBS University for Business and Law. Since 2015, he has been a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In 2021, he obtained a Professional Certificate in Leadership and Communication from Harvard University. Since 2022, he is accredited as an ESG Manager by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Grubišić recently successfully completed the 'Global Business' program at Harvard Business School.
